I was also looking for this and couldn't find - following to see if you find one! Preferably one that vaccinates for Mareks. I was thinking about trying the incubate some frizzle easter egger eggs from MyPetChicken but I am hesitant because I wouldn't be able to vaccinate for Mareks myself.
