Looking for a good bread bowl (boule) recipe!

My first and only trip to Panera Bread last year left me with a yen to make my own bread bowl. Does anyone have a good recipe for making your own? I usually do my bread dough in a bread machine, so recipes using a bread machine are also welcome. I promise to add pics of the finished product!

My wife makes them for me. She just uses her favorite bread recipe and makes round, bowl sized loafs. To serve she hollows out a bowl area and puts it in the toaster oven. The toasting keeps it from soaking up the soup too quickly. I approve of this method!
