I would go to 4X per day on the temp chart now. am, noon, 6 pm, bedtime. Once it falls below 99 you should have puppies within 24 hours. If you have not already, speak to your vet about emergency care should you need it after hours. Be aware that primary uterine inertia happens frequently in this breed. This means that labor does not start. If you get a temp drop below 99 and you do not have puppies within 24 hours, talk to your vet. If you see any green colored discharge and labor is not in progress, this means that placentas are detaching and puppies will die unless they are born within hours.
