Looking for a new home for my rooster

I am looking for a new home for our Patty rooster. We live in Eugene Oregon, and we now have someone complaning about him. We are not aloud to have roosters. We did not set out to have one, we bought girls, but as we all know, that is not a for sure thing. We are not going to kill him, yes i know some people do that ,but we will not. That is NOT an option. He is a little over 1 yr old and very beautiful. He loves his girls, but I don't think we will be able to keep him.

Does anyone know of somewhere that take roosters in Oregon, or might be interested in him?
