Does anyone know of one? I am specifically wanting to find out whether the traits -- red, white, blue, buff, and silver-laced -- are dominant or recessive when crossed with one another.

It is accurate if you know what species has what color (for example, the white rec and white dom, and the silver laced wy and silver laced seb) although I notice it has a couple faults, like red/buff X silver laced wyandotte don't make golden partial-laced birds. They actually make a bland red with random white feathers in the rear.

There is only one species of fowl, all poultry genetics apply equally to all chickens.
To use the calculator with any accuracy you need to know the genotype of the bird.

What is the red/buff? A cross between Red & Buff breeds? The described result indicates the presence of Dominant White, which can be in some Buff lines to mask black feathers.
Have a look at Genetics of Chicken Colours - The Basics, click on the book,

Sorry, I meant "breeds," not "species." Thank you all for answering my question.
