I have a bit of a chicken mystery going on and im hoping someone might know the answer because I don't know what I'm missing.
in the last month I have lost 3 of my girls .Here is what I know for sure. All 3 we're about the same age .5 months or so but they were different breeds one was a silkie ,one was Australorp and one was a mix of Australorp and polish if I were to guess.None of the 3 slept in the same area or did not that I ever observed spend much time together. The symptoms were different in each where the silkie at first just looked off she later developed some sort of neurological problem which made her head jerk around and she started to weaken and became paralyzed before she died .the other 2 just appeared tired ,kind of depressed ,and kept to themselves before I seperate them from the flock .I did notice mites on the one that got sick first .her name was Beetlejuice and immediately treated everyone ,as well as her and the coop .I used ivermectum on the chickens themselves and I'm not seeing mites on anyone else.the silkie had a seizure when she died but the other 2 just laid down and went to sleep .I thought Mareks at first with the age and the paralysis in the silkie but there doesn't seem to be a fast spread in my flock ,that wouldn't affect only females and it just doesn't feel right. I thought maybe the mites were the culprit but I don't think that is right either .I have used nutridrench ,Epson salt baths ,rooster booster ,brought them all in and kept them warm and seperate from everyone else fed them scrambled eggs checked their vents and crops I don't know what else because I don't know what is happening .
. Which brings me to my current issue .grey grey..my little polish hen ..my first baby..is sick... She is the only chicken that has another common denominator with one of the others. She was beetlejuices mama and they were always together including sleeping in the same coop. She is about 2 so older then the others and has different symptoms as well!! It's been about 2 weeks since I noticed she seemed off...not as vocal..slow to come out of the coop .early to bed..just not herself .I watched her closely for a few days and she wasn't getting worse .I didn't see mites anywhere but I made sure she had some nutridrench and was eating .I thought maybe she was sad and missed Beetlejuice even.a few days later her left wing was dropping and it was so cold out I brought her in and I have had her inside for a few days .she is eating but not drinking much .her wing is still dropping and she seems tired and lethargic though she does get up and eat and walk around and she talks to me a little. I don't know if any of this is related but I have to think it is because it's just so odd and I know if I don't get a solution fast I'm going to lose grey grey as well .it might already be too late and I'm really heartbroken because I dont know what I'm missing or what else to do .if anyone has had something like this happen what is it and what did u do because I'm desperate to find the solution and save the rest of my babies .sorry for such a long post just trying to get all the details I know on here .

Your post is long, but there is still missing info. Right off, though, this sounds like an avian virus. Marek's isn't the only bad actor. Lymphoid leucosis is another common one, and the ages are right for the symptoms to show up like this.

What is your location? We don't need a map to your house, just state and country.

What do you feed your flock? Commercial feed? What kind of table scraps? Be precise. Some table scraps are toxic to poultry.

Do you have rodents? If so, how to you control them? Traps or bait?

What is your water source? City water? Private well? Captured rain water?

Where did you get the chicks? Private breeder? Directly from a hatchery by mail? Feed store? Friends or neighbors or a swap meet?
