Looking for advice

Looks like a pretty nice setup!

Pics of what's under edges/eaves of roof, from inside and out.
That's the best place for winter ventilation.

You might want to put up wind/snow block on 1 to 3 sides of your run.

Do you have plan for keeping water thawed....got power out there?

What I see is a not enough use of the vertical space. If you look, all your birds are on the ground. Add some platforms, some roosts out in the run, some hideouts.

I do not see any openings in the coop for ventilation. Tonight if it is not too dark, I will send a picture of mine.

But you have a very nice set up. Well built, and nice space and shelter.

I really like your run fencing, nice job there!

I would cut ventilation in under the eaves like suggested. And would close the window when it's cold, I'm guessing it's right about roost height.

I have a heated waterer and have power from the pool nearby. Definitely talking about putting up wind blocks to keep them from any cross winds.
