Looking for an egg gravy recipe

I have in the past made an egg gravy but it was missing something. Does anyone have a recipe for an egg gravy that is good. Thanks

Never heard of an egg gravy - do you mean a gravy using egg as an ingredient? or a gravy to go ON to a fried egg or something egg?
