I've got some of tonys eggs due to hatch Thursday and out of all the eggs I've had shipped I've never had so many that are viable!
I'm thrilled and cant wait to see what colors I get, thanks again Tony!

I hope you don't mind me jumping on your thread. I'm in Massachusetts and am also looking for Blue or Black (prefer blue) Orpingtons. I could pick up locally, prefer pullets, but would take day old chicks if they could be shipped to me.

No worries about thread jacking . . .

The more info we get, the more likely we all are to get the birds we want!

I am going to be looking for quality Black Orpingtons(eggs or chicks) in the future to add to my Lavender flock when they get older. I know the Lavenders are a work in progress, so I would love to have exhibition quality Blacks to split with them.

I found someone in CT that has some chicks (littleblue on this site) , but they're straight run and I don't want to chance any more roo's. I am buying two blue hens from them on Saturday, I know they have lavender hens they're trying to sell as well.

I don't live near you, but I mentioned earlier that we have BBS orpington eggs and we do but as I see this thread develop, I wanted to mention that we also have Lavendar Orpingtons as well as Split Black Lavendar Orpingtons. Feel free to contact me if you're interested. Thanks and have a blessed day. Nancy
