I dont know if she has any buffs at this time or any for sale at this time but I recommend @Faraday40. Great person to deal with and gives great care to her chickens.
I got a couple English Orps from her this year. My first chickens.

I’ve got 5 pullets that are about 2 months old that I’d part with...

They came from the local farm store that sources from Welp Hatchery... I’m around 4 hours from you.... not sure if that’s what you’re after or if that’s too far to travel?

I'm probably a little too far, but if you're planning to drive through the Chicagoland area, I've got some nice Orps in different colors. They're from imported English bloodlines, so they run large and look round. I don't really breed buff orps. (I only have one project buff Colombian orp hen around for eye candy.) We have blue, black, lavender, silver laced, and sometimes a recessive white orp.
