Looking for Button Quail to adopt!

I'm looking at adopting a Button Quail, if anyone knows where I can buy one in London Ontario that would be amazing. I only want one, so I would like that too. Any info about them is greatly appreciated!
Does anyone know if you need a licence for them or is there an age restriction where I live?

Button quail rarely do well alone and can actually die from stress if kept alone, so you should either get at least two or none at all. They pace back and forth in their cage and call loudly for a friend if you only have one.
