I have a coop that was previously used (just spent about half an hour earlier scraping out poop) and was wondering what I should use to scrub it out? I've heard vinegar is good- is that sanitizing? Is apple cider or white vinegar better?

Since the coop was previously used, what should I use to waterproof the floor? It's just wood now, and I wanted to put Black Jack #57 down, but I'm worried it won't seal to it properly since its been used and I'm not sure how clean I'll get it. Alternatively I could use exterior paint, but I have the same worry. Will cleaning with vinegar beforehand hurt the sealing ability of either of these? I don't want to pay 40 bucks just to have it all peel back up.

Also, does paint affect the ability of Black Jack/paint to seal to wood? I was going to do the ramp that connects the coop to the run, but it was previously painted.

Any help is appreciated, I need to get this done this weekend.

Not knowing exactly what you have available, and your trying to get done quick, I'd suggest trying the Advanced Search Function (just remember to click on SEARCH button at the bottom of the page after you've entered info) just try "coop and clorox", for instance, or as in ex., below, "disinfecting coops' - might have to scroll a bit to find what you want.

We used congoleum remnants over plywood in both chicken coop and turkey shed, covered with ~3 inches of sand, with wood chips and a bit of straw over that. However, we also remove poop daily so, what works here might not make things work there.
