Looking for Critique on Silkie Rooster

Looking to eventually get into showing my Silkies. This is the rooster I’m hoping to move forward with. Love some critiques of him. It’s winter here in Canada so he’s not in the best feather condition at the moment.

I'm no expert, but tail set looks high, and the crest is small. He's not as fluffy as the show quality ones I've seen. He's more functional as a chicken though. Hopefully you get some better opinions than mine.
