I'm looking for some decent to good quality (they don't have to be perfect specimens of the breed, just something better than hatchery) Delaware eggs for hatching.

Ideally I'd like to get them from you the first week of April. I'll have some extra space in the April's incubator batch that needs filling!

Please reply or PM me some pictures of your birds, and how much (+ shipping to 93012) for a dozen eggs.

Thanks!!

Several of us have good quality Delaware's and some of us have some of speckledhens Delaware's too.

Mine aren't laying yet but of that Pretty lineage of Speckled Hen... I'll be offering later in the season

Cindiloo are yours laying?

Have a blessedday.

We have some my first hatches were super but my last one and another egg buyer had not such great results..my roo is only 9 months so he's still maturing(think he's only liking some of his girls and not all of them) I will be setting some again before you would want yours.Mine are heritage bred and extremely gentle and my roos are large breasted

.I'm not going for perfection of the breed-I'm looking for a real dual purpose bird with a family of 5 a larger chicken is a plus! But,they still have to be a pretty good looking Delaware:) If you want to try them out I'm going to sell the next few batches for about the price of shipping

Might be interested in that HBuehler - please keep me in mind! (also do you have pictures? I love pictures!!)

alice,
I just had a fabulous hatch of 22 Delawares from Claudia .... BYCer allaboutdemchicks

She has fabulous stock which originated from Janet H. also, as did Cyn's (speckledhen).

My oldest Delawares are at Point of Lay .... any day now I expect to see eggs!
