Looking for Delaware Sources In or Near Washington State

I am looking to establish a sustainable meat flock using Delawares. I would prefer that my original purchase come from a breeder and not a hatchery. I would love to start with 25 straight run. It would be perfect if the breeder delivered enough genetic diversity so that I wouldn't need to seek additional genetic refresh for a few years. And I would love to be able to drive to pick them up so they don't have to live through the ordeal of shipping. That would be my perfect world.

The world is not perfect. With that in mind, does anyone have any suggestions for breeders or hatcheries for obtaining 25 straight run Delawares? I live in SW Washington State.

I have been researching Baxter, Sand Hill, and Boondocker. Reviews and opinions are mixed.
