Looking for Egg Lay Ready Chickens - Rockville, MD

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum, but have been using it as a resource for the past 1.5 years for my backyard chickens.

I had a fox get to 3 of my 4 hens last week. I'm currently looking to replace the ones I had (1 Buff Orpington, 1 Black Australorp, and 1 Rhode Island Red). At the moment I haven't had any luck finding a breeder who sells adult hens in my area. I'm in the Rockville, MD area and am willing to drive to surrounding parts to find replacements. If anyone has suggestions as to where to look, please let me know.

Moyers Chicks in Quakertown, Pa sells started pullets. Not certain of availability, but you may want to google and then call them. Good luck.
