Looking for Falconers!

I am looking into falconry here in Indiana and wanted to see if I could find any falconers willing to share some insight and shed some expertise!
If I were interested enough to go through the motions to get a raptor, as an apprentice I'd have to start with the hardy and native, Red Tail Hawk, so any information on them particularly would be helpful and appreciated!

Yes, and thank you for the suggestion! But also, any information would be useful, no matter where you're from.
I would like to understand the best way to feed a Red Tail,
and looking for mews ideas and affordable secondhand falconry equipment!
