I will be keeping up to 20 breeds at a time this winter but only 3 or so of each.
The idea is that we will be breeding very small quantities of several high end birds.

I would like ideally one building, but am willing to accept 2 if I have to.
It is temporary as we are moving next year to a farm where I can build larger.
Ideally it will be something that can be repurposed as a greenhouse :)

Here's the list of must haves

Repurposable as a green house
holds 20 breeds +
must withstand massive snow loads
must withstand average -30C (-22F) winters

I am thinkinking something like this.

I think this is one of the other members, I found it online :) .

If I did this as a 12 x 30, I could divide it into 5 pens each side measuring 4.5' x 6 with a 3' walkway.
The cheapest we can do it $851 per building. Price is harsh but okay.

If anyone else has ideas or pictures I would SUPER appreciate it!

We brood etc at home, but we keep the sets up the road at the farm :)
We are also planning extra units in each building for extra adult birds until they sell, and we only hatch a small number of unordered birds :)
We can't have roosters on our property yet.

That's a great looking greenhouse but it doesn't look like it would keep any predators out. Also, since you're moving in a year, is moving a 12'x30' structure practical? Only you know. To me, though, I wouldn't be jumping headlong into a major venture, like the one you're proposing, with a move planned in the immediate future. I'm only going off the info you've provided, so my comments may be useless. Only you are aware of all the circumstances.

Good luck with your operation!

There is wire under the plastic to keep out predators, knock on wood we have had good luck with the mini hoop houses thus far. The structures will be turned into green houses when we leave.
I'm more just wondering if other people are successfully using some sort of divided coop for there birds
