Looking for jumbo or tatankas cortunix and color information.

I am new here but have been studying cortunix and raising a few. I've see so many really good posts here. I am looking for a bit larger stock, my golden hens are apx 13 oz at 12 weeks. Also could use some help in color identification. I was told my hens are Italian and the male is Tibeton, but he is very dark red. Many of my babies look like barred rosettas others are golden with lots of pinkish color. Any help on locating larger stock and color info is greatly appreciated.
