Looking for Local Chicken Raiser/Butcher in North Texas

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes. I'm looking for a small farmer in the Azle/Lake Worth area. I REALLY don't want to buy another chicken from the store again. Before anyone suggests, I can eat chicken 7 days a week, but I can't kill one, so raising and processing my own is out of the question (I'd have to go vegan first). I can do the egglaying thing, but even at that, I have a "retirement plan" for hens who cease to lay. I'm an oximoron in the flesh. Thanks for any input.
