Looking for new chicks

We are looking for young chickens preferably teenage years, if not younger. We have 1 bantam chicken(just showed up on our property) we would like her to have some friends. About 6 days ago, she went broody and we are trying everything to remove her from nest... we are thinking, "friends" will help. We are open to different kinds of chickens and maybe even a rooster. We live in Davie, FL

Sorry, but friends will not help her not go broody it would be a good idea to get more bantams so the small one will not get picked on.

Thank you so much as I am new to all of this. Any information is truly helpful! Are silkies good? I see they are bantam species!

Silkies are very docile, but they can get picked on by other chickens, can you post a picture of your hen?
