Looking for ocellated turkeys?

Does anyone have a clue of where to buy ocellated turkeys, poults or eggs? Plz help this bird man out? I'm located in North Central Arkansas! Need all leads plz!

Please go to the top of page and click on Forums, scroll down till you reach Turkey forum the folks there are most likely to have an answer for you. Sorry all I know about turkeys is they are delicious.

Yes, you should have posted this in the Turkey forum, but you can check hatcheries, or your local farm store if you have one. Though they usually sell ducks and chicks, you may get lucky. Heck, even look at the sales section. Someone might have some poults or eggs they're willing to sell.

Ocellated are more common in places like Mexico but may find rare breeders as above but this breed line had problems with inbreeding and males that had difficulty mating so became rare due to problems with breeding. They are smaller and more colorful. Just FYI! Good Luck with this adventure.
