Virgil Bates in Florida is one breeder here in the states that has them...last I heard was he didn't have any for sale. There's also a breeder in Austin, Texas but their more of a zoo than a breeder.
They require a climate controled enclosure and are very expensive as well as very demanding birds to raise.
