Looking for Organic duck layer pellets and duckling feed

Also I was wondering if it's true can I give ducks chicken layer pellets?! Also ya got any duck breed recommendations?

The short and simple answer is no, chicken feed lacks adequate amounts of niacin, and other nutrients that are essential to ducks. Purina Flock Raiser, and All Flock feed are both great brands and can be fed to both ducks and chickens.

Oh, and, Welcome to BYC!

Hi, there's a member here who is a feed mill and supports your area, can't for the life of me remember his name. Also you should be able to find mills around you that use Fertrell products, just go to the Fertrell website and look for distributors near you and they'll know who has feed. You can give full grown ducks chicken layer pellets, but I prefer an all flock, game bird or turkey feed. For your ducklings, you need a good water fowl starter or turkey starter until full grown.
