Looking for Poultry Processors in Texas, specifically the Brazos Valley region

Currently have two 3 wk old broilers from TSC (most likely Cornish X with growth rate), and am considering getting some turkeys to raise for the holidays. I would like to have a back up plan in place prior to needing to process any of them. First time with meat birds, do not know if we can do the processing ourselves yet.

Does anyone know of any places that do poultry processing in the Brazos Valley area of Texas?

In looking at previous posts (years old) I have found http://www.edenscovefarm.com/poultry-processing.html and they are a viable option, if a little bit of a drive.

OK, let me broaden my search area then. Are there any places that will process small numbers in or around the major metropolitan areas in Texas?
