Looking for puppies in PA!! (And surrounding states)

I’ve been searching for a puppy to add to my family for the past couple of weeks but I’m having a hard time finding anything. I’m 20 so I can’t adopt from a shelter as most of them require you to be 21 and all the other puppies I’m finding are either from puppy mills or just scam ads. Small to medium sized dogs are preferred but I’d consider a larger breed too! I’m not looking for anything specific and mixed breeds are okay, they just have to be friendly with other animals. I’m willing to pay a reasonable rehoming fee, preferably under $400. If anyone has puppies or know someone who does please let me know! Attached is a picture of my girl Crystal, she’s been lonely since I had to put my other dog down a couple years ago and I think it’s time to get her a friend!

I’ve never heard of someone having to be 21 to adopt. Can you get a parent to sign for you ? Check PetFinder.com. Best of luck!
