Looking for recipes for broiler feed

Hello, I am new here and new to raising chickens. I am doing a joint venture with a friend this year in raising broilers. I am in charge of finding some recipes for feed...we want this to be all organic and no fish meal. What do you use? Good recipes? Good websites/link/info on creating our own recipe for what we have locally?

Here is what I use. It has fish in it, but you could take it out and use more soybeans.

Chick Starter Grower - 19%
Shelled corn

1015 lbs.
Roasted soybeans

625 lbs.
Oats

100 lbs.
Alfalfa meal

100 lbs.
60% fish meal

75 lbs.
Aragonite (calcium)

25 lbs.
Poultry Nutri-Balancer

60 lbs.
Total:

2000 lbs.

Can I ask why you don't want to use fish meal? It has great protein and carries things you can't get from grains.
