what is a red?? I have a buff breeding pair...(not for sale but I hatch from them)

What is red...we are new to this all

I have a red cockrel, and one red hen, both are young but I can send photos if you like. They are bantams.. if that matters?

The reds are actually RED.. Like a RIR, only in a cochin.

I haven't sorted this years hatches out for winter housing yet, only have a few groups caught up and penned so far.. I will get to them tomarrow so you can see them.

I have a pair of chicks right now. 10 weeks old but I don't feel comfortable selling them as breeders. I am going to let them grow out some more and if they don't look a lot better by then I'm culling the rooster and will keep the pullet for brooding eggs and chicks for me.

do you sell eggs from your red cochin pair? I have 4 young red cochin pullets but they are very light red and one of them is a frizzle. I would like to find them a dark red male.
