Looking for reliable hatchery in Middle Tennessee area

We are new to raising chickens and we are look for some reliable hatcheries in the middle Tennessee area. Also we have heard rumors that certain breeds of chickens produce eggs with a higher protein value. If anyone has any input of either of these we would really appreciate any knowledge anyone has!!
