Looking for some hens and maybe one rooster please

i have one chicken left. she is lost without her friends near. shes been sitting on the trunk to our car since we got home at 10 pm. I am located in everett pa if anyone is near everett Pa please help my poor girl out. shes heart broken and so am i.. these chickens are my world. and it hurts to see her hurting.

You gotta lock them up at night! Check with your local humane society. Petfinder birds section too! Good luck!

we useally do but we just came home and apparently we have them missing in the day time and we have seen a hawk... not sure what is going on i called game warden and he said theres nothing we can do if the hawk is doing it... that we are not allowed to protect our chickens. and thank you for that info i will look there as well... shes a love bug and i just hate to see her sad

An area with netting over it may work. Hope you find her a friend soon. You might also try posting in your state thread, under “Here I am where are you”

I'm hatching eggs and will have some chicks to give away/sell when they get to about 8 weeks. But to bad I'm to far away...

we are getting ready to build a inclosure.. its been hetic with my mother in law not in good health so we been dealing with that. we went from 32 when we started last spring to now just one... and i posted there just doing a wait game..

I could send you a few eggs... there’s a good chance that they’re fertile, one of my chickens almost always lays a fertilized egg...
