so i was told this girl is a dominique legbar mix but looks very much like more welsummer. Im a little baffled about the black face/comb/wattles. Trying to figure out if shes the one laying the speckeld eggs or not and cant narrow it down.

Cant place where the black facial features and feet are coming from.

She is a pretty normal sized bird now but one thing she has had is a very large crop. I thought it was impacted and even sour at one point. Treated for such and she seems to do fine with a crop that is usually bigger than my hand at all times and almost drags on the ground at times. She is very wellmannered and loves getting that crop massaged, i almost think shes keeps over filling it just to keep getting the masages.

You have a beautiful hen. She kind of looks like my blue wheaten EE hen, Neisha. Neisha is with my Silkie Xs, Beemer and Basil. Basil has the five toes and she has feathers on her legs. Beemer has five toes on one of his feet and four toes on his other foot and he has no feathers on his legs. Both Beemer and Basil have white feathers and black skin.
I also had another hen, Cave, who had colors like that. She was an EE, too. She layer pink eggs. She lacked the beard of some EEs.

I see a lot of Americana in your hen. The color of her legs looks Americana and her feathers look Americana. Her eyes looks kind of like Americana but her face does not look Americana or Silkie. Where her face comes from must be where her egg color comes from.

Your chicks are cute, or are they all the same chick? She doesn't look blue wheaten, but I had an EE that had similar colors to your chick and that was some beautiful hen.:)
