looking for someone to feed up while we're out of town

i'm wasn't sure where to put this - so i'm trying here. please move if needed..

my husband is having back surgery in august and i'll be staying with him in the hospital until he's discharged. we don't have anyone near by who can feed up for us while we're out of town. we have 1 pheasent, 8 chickens, 2 roos, and 6 ducks. everyone would need to be fed and the ducks' water changed every day ) they have a wading pool)

we are in locust nc - if you are in the area and would be willing to help us out in exchange for a small fee PLUS any eggs ( chicken eggs and possibly duck eggs, if they are laying by then) laid while feeding up - please let me know via pm.

Have you asked at your vets office? Sometimes the techs would be willing to do critter sitting...

thanks for the replies ya'll - we really appreicate it. we found someone! she's going to start coming by a week ahead to get used to our routine in feeding and our dogs (who are on an auto feeder but bark like mad). i'm so glad we don't have to worry about it anymore- one less thing for me while he's in surgery. he'd be SO upset if his birds were dead/sick when he got home.
