looking for someone to tell me how to make fresh salsa

Roma tomatoes
Bell peppers (red or green)
Spanish sweet onions
Jalapenos (or other peppers if you prefer. I tried serrano once and there wasn't enough milk in the house to quench THAT fire)
Lime juice
Black pepper
Oregano
Cilantro

Remove stem from tomatoes and freeze over night, take out and thaw, they'll be A LOT easier to peel, sometimes you can just squeeze

Chop ingredients, simmer for 1-2 hours on low heat stirring occasionally

Turn off heat, add cilantro and let it cool down then can or freeze in bags
