Looking for very friendly good layers for backyard

Pics
I have! I bought 6 day old chicks and then 6 weeks later bought 6 more (chicken math). I got nearly all different breeds and we love looking at all the colors! And I can't wait for the variety of eggs!
We have an Easter Egger, Black Australorp, Bielefelder, Light Brahma, Black Laced Silver Wyandotte, Buff Orpington, Lavender Orpington, Olive egger, Sapphire gem, Barred Rock, Silver Polish, Gold Polish
Congratulations!!! I peeked at your pics in gallery! Super cute lil guys!!! Your coop is coming along nicely as well!
I'm new to this world myself! So excited to have other Newby join me on this adventure!

I had Isa Browns too and I found them to be super friendly, quite smart and funny. I would get them anytime. Also friendly are Buff Orpingtons, I had Lavender too but not much personality. Mixed breeds are good and Easter Egger are fun. I had a black one that would jump on my shoulder or arm, peck my head once and lay down. The sweetest girl. I’ve had many barnyard mixes too and have had no problems. I live in Canada so it can get to -40 easy. I had heat in the coop set at about 48 on really cold days. No frozen wattles or combs. I spoiled them rotten but love is love.

I had the friendliest, intelligent and funny Isa Browns who laid everyday for a year straight. A huge eggs. The guy I bought them from said they probably wouldn’t lay right away because of stress in the move. Ha! They laid eggs in the car on the way home. This Lavender Orpington was pretty and quiet. Hung around me a lot but didn’t say much. Rhode Island reds want to be in every pic even if they’re in the background. Friendly. I’ve had barnyard mixes and Easter egger as well with super personality. My black one would fly on my arm or shoulder, peck my head once for hello and lay down. It all depends on how much time you spend with them and I did a lot. I like different colours and breeds. Makes it a whole lot more fun.

I'm in the Chicago suburbs and I just received my order of Barnevelders last week. I was searching for the same traits in a breed, though I'll say friendliness would top egg production for me. So far the chicks are pretty docile, and will let me pet and hold them without screaming and running around the brooder. I'll let everyone know how mine turn out in a few months.

Yay! Congratulations! Those are all amazing breeds! Do you have pictures of any of them? I have 4 of those breeds right now that are chicks and have had some of the others in the past. Good luck with all your chickens!
We are having so much fun with them! Here are a few pictures: I need practice on photographing animals. It is trickier than I thought it would be.

So I keep reading that they can bully the other breeds so I was kinda staying away. Oh and are they broody? I'm not looking for broody.
Mine weren’t broody, but they also were/aren’t friendly birds. One of my two has been wearing pinless peepers for her whole adult life (5yrs now). My nicest birds are the light and buff brahmas, the Speckled Sussexes, the Barred Rocks, the Superblues. The ones I really can’t recommend are the Swedish Flowerhens. They are gorgeous but awful. Loud with the ugliest screaching, and nasty to their flock members and me. In the nestboxes, if you reach under them they peck incessantly at you and go for blood. My Superblues and Brahmas just let me poke around under them with no protest at all, others have given a few halfhearted pecks...
