We are located in bedford county PA. i have been raising emu for acouple years now and pretty pleased how my set up has evolved! but i would love to begin looking into raising rhea and ostrich. was very close to getting ostrich but things did not work out. i can not drive very far due to health issues. but maybe not now but i am really looking for in the future to own breeding trios ect of these birds and since i am i guess an experienced ratite owner i am not a newbie just wanting a bird just to have it LOL. but i will have (hopefully) alot of emu chicks come spring and would even consider trading an already established pair for rheas or ostrich.

Try going to the State threads in the forum called "where are you , where am I". the "Pennsylvania Unite" thread is very active with a lot of members. maybe they can help.
