looking into getting ducks

If you provide them with food and water and shelter they shouldn't leave. If you are really worried you can always clip their wings.

I'd recommend getting them from someone on here. Many of us have calls and other ducks... Ask around

Not to hijack the thread, but are calls "tameable"? Like say, as tame as my female pekin? I've always thought about getting one, but then again I hear they are the loudest ducks. And since I live in a neighborhood, near a city. I don't think it would be possible. I adore their short stubby beaks and fat little cheeks though.

I think mrs. Turbo is from somewhere around there she has all kinds of calls.
