I have no idea, but if they all turn out to be roo's don't feel bad. The very first chickens I bought which were supposed to be 6 girls and 1 boy turned out to be 7 roos.

Just what do you do with roos you don't want? I've traded all I can and I think my 4 RIRs are looking like boys cause they have red on the front of their feet and black developing in their tails.
So what can I do, let them freerange and hope something don't get them? I can't afford to feed so many roos I didn't want and I am afraid they'll grow up and fight. I have a small pen. Help! Any ideas?

yes those appear to all be roos.

As for the second question from luvssomechicks, you can keep several roos without much fighting. You can eat them if you can't sell or trade them anymore. I free range and you always take risks in doing so.

Post them on here for starters, Free to a good home local pick up only. You'll have to post your approximate location, and have them Private Message you. If that doesn't work there's always Craigslist, but I would really interview prospective homes. I let 4 Silkies go once to someone from Craigslist that I was uneasy about, now I wish I hadn't, so be sure you feel good about the people. Meet in a public place with a friend along. But that should do it. Picture #1 is a beautiful boy, you won't have trouble finding him a home.
