Looking to buy Great Pyrenees Puppy in Florida/Georgia

I would suggest posting on the yahoo group "Working LGD's"
I am a member and it has a lot of rescue people on there.
They do NOT recommend any crosses with breeds other than LGD's, BTW (as in earlier post).
I would not recommend any dog that doesn't come from a known working background or isn't approved by a rescue as fit for working around the kind of stock you have. Just any rescue is not good enough. Please use a rescue that certifies the dogs fit for work as an LGD or you will end up taking it back.

Hi, I adopted 2 wonderful Pyrs from a gal in Georgia. As of a week or two ago, she had one more female left. These are mature dogs, which actually has a lot of benefits as they can start working now.

Pm me if you want her info.

A lot of the Pyr rescue groups will not place their Pyrs with families wanting to use it as an outdoor LGD. However, this gal might, in the right circumstance. She is in Texas. paige segovia <[email protected]> and has a way to transport dogs closer to Tennessee and Georgia.

We are THRILLED with our Pyrs, and feel great having rescued them as well. It is a win/win for us.

Good luck.
