Looking to chat with people who breed mule ducks

One of my muscovy hens is hatching a big community nest, and I know for certain there is at least 1 "not muscovy" in the bunch as it has a striped face. The rest are all chocolate with the exception of 1 other so far who appears to be pied. My biggest question is what to look for to identify any mules as they grow out. Do mules develop caruncles at all? They just started emerging yesterday so I doubt I would be able to tell on the little solid chocolates until they get some growing in. Thanks!

I’ve been searching for info on raising mule ducks for meat and I can’t seem to find much. I’ve been considering getting a Muscovy Drake or two and some jumbo Pekin hens. I’m hoping to find others that have done it. Im curious about fertility issues and how successful incubation turns out to be.
I’m relatively new to ducks. I have five that free range during the day but I planned to keep these in a separate pen.
