Looking to do 6 Test shipments

Is anyone willing to help me test the best way to package and ship eggs? All you would have to do is pay postage, which usps states is 15.50 and give me feedback in what kind of shape they arrived in.

You will receive 12 fertile eggs, all pure breeds and can be from the following.

Welsummer
Lavender Orpington
Speckled Sussex

Or if you prefer a barnyard mix I can do that too, though since I normally put new roos in with the egg layers to teach them manners, they might not be as fertile as I would like as I have not been doing hatches from that pen. Plus the roosters vary, right now there is a Dark Brahma and French Black Copper Marans rooster in there, with Cinnamon Queen, Light Brahma and Delaware hens.
I'd love to help out if I can get Lavender Orpingtons. I have been wanting some and have a hen that just went broody I'd like to try hatching them under.

You've probably got your 12 by now, but if not I am interested. I have a Welsummer rooster that I want to put some Welly hens with. I also have 3 Speckled Sussex hens who wouldn't mind company. I have a nice mix of breeds and anything I got would be okay. I'm in Hot Springs, AR.

If you are still looking or needing to try a second round to try out any improvements you made after the experiment let me know. I would like some Lavender Orpington eggs.
I am in Middle TN.

If you still need any test subjects I'm available.

Most eggs shipped to me arrive within three days although one batch took seven.

Individually bubble wrapping the eggs and then wrapping all of them in a sheet of bubblewrap has worked best. Personally, I'd prefer not to have too much tape on the eggs. If they're wrapped in bubblewrap and cushioned with crumpled newspaper there's not enough room for the bubble wrap to come off anyway. Also, if you can mail a picture of the contents before the box is sealed and a description of how they're packed it will give your customer an idea of what tools will be needed to extract the eggs. That way the don't need to stop halfway through to hunt smaller scissors or a scalpal or whatever.

Eggs have arrived broken twice. The two methods that didn't work were a) no bubble wrap, just loosely packed in sawdust and 2 of 7 were broken. And b) individually wrapped and taped in thin bubble wrap and placed in an egg carton which was then placed in a flat priority mail box. 2 of the 12 broke. One was badly cracked and leaking and the other took the brunt of impact to the side of the box. The pointed end of the egg broke off and was forced into the shell and the yolk was well churned and spread around in the carton.
