Looks Like A Silkie

We Just Got A Few Roosters. I Know That A Coupe Are Booted Bantams And A Cochin But We Have One That Looks Like A Silkie But His Feathers Are Not As Fluffy.
I Looked Up Polish But He Has Feathered Feet... I Assume He Is Not A Silkie Because Is Comb Is Red... Any Ideas As To What He May Be?

Just because it has a red comb doesn't mean it isn't a silkie. I have seen silkie's with red combs before.

Silkies also have black skin.
