Agreed. There could very easily be some other cockerels in there that are just slower to develop.

I have one that is really friendly and large. In my experience, that is a sign of a Roo too.

In agreement with the other posters! You have an early developing boy, but orpingtons in general are slow to develop, so could have more boys in your little flock!
