him blind you should be able to get a halter on him easy. The seeing eye goat good idea, keep a bell on the goat, so he will be able to follow the goat around to feed and water.

wonder if this would really work. 87% of his body has burs. Even though hes blind his ears still work. Quit well I might add. I personally think he can still see some slight shadowing.

should work. lots of special needs animals have friends to help them. Or you could look around on petfinder for a small donkey, pony mini horse. They are quite cheap on craigslist, sometimes next to free. the key is to keep the food and water always on the same place. and the ground clutter free.Maybe you could put some not so loud bells or anything that makes a bit of a noise(even a wind chime) right by the food and water so he can find the feed easier.
You know if i was down there already, i would help you catch him and and take the burs out with you.

I tried to feed him some sweet feed today but it didnt go well. He just ran away. I may try to pen him up in a 16x16' pen untill he gets more comfortable with me.

It will take a lot of work and love but if your willing he could be a wonderful animal - not everything on a farm is good for eating! Some things the good lord gives for other reasons! Petting Zoo?????????? Like the seeing eye goat idea!!!!!!
