Loose feathers?

Hi folks, my flock of Buckeyes are 12 weeks old ( 24 of them) , have been in their coop/run for 5 weeks and there are loose feathers laying around the run and coop. The feathers are all large, like wing or tail size, No one looks bald or picked on and I haven't seen any aggressive behaviour. I have seen a bird with a feather(wing) sticking out then next day it isn't sticking out anymore. So is a normal shedding type thing or do I have a secret aggressor?The roos haven't fully shown themselves yet so I don't want to cull until I'm sure who is who. I think I will have 6-7 roos, the rest ladies. Any insight please?

They are going through a juvenile molt. Perfectly normal.

mine are the same age (21 of them) and they are doing the same thing.

Anyone know how long after the juvie molt will they start laying?
