Loose stools, dull comb

Those seem to be the only symptoms in my 3YO BO. I first noticed the dull comb around the beginning of the year, but chalked it up to winter weather. The loose stools I noticed a couple of months ago. Since whatever it is hasn't cleared up, I started giving probiotics in the water, and a de-wormer tablet 2 days ago.
Pictures: Comb used to be a healthy red, but now it's dull.
Affected hen's stools are on the right. Like soft-serve as opposed to the other healthy stools next to it.
Any advice? Or just wait a while longer and see how the probiotics and dewormer work.

What dewormer are you using?

I'd see deworming and the probiotics make a difference.

You don't mention if she's laying eggs or not, I would assume not since she has a paler comb and with her age, molted in the fall/early winter and hasn't come back into lay yet.

I used Roosty's Naturals dewormer. I'm not sure how people can tell which hens are laying or not. Other than my Easter Egger, the other three lay shades of brown. I'll try to pay attention to shades of brown (are there 2 or 3 shades?) I have a BO, Barred Rock, Partridge Rock.
