loosing chickens very slowly! Please help!

Are chickens are coming on their 1st BD and in the past 2 months we have found 2 dead ( not at the same time or same bread) and one that was dieing that the puppy found. We have one standing alone acting strange and one with very pail comb. What is going on? the only thing we have really seen is there is some runny poo. these are our first chickens and we got half as chicks and later got more adults. they never really layed much.we had 9 and got at the most 5 eggs a day.
Can anyone help my husband is ready to just kill them and start over?

Have your chickens ever been wormed? Or treated for mites or lice? Heavy infestations of any of these could kill them. Please post in as much detail as possible on the "Emergencies, diseases, injuries, treatment thread." People with much explain monitor it and may have an answers for you. I am sorry .
