Loosing Feathers

Some of my hens are loosing feathers from the tail and from the head. I don't know if the roosters are the blame, sometimes the roosters get on top of them and holds them by the feather.

The head feather might b from the male holding onto the head while mating n tail might be mice
just check if it mice or it just molting
