Loosing Feathers

All of my hens have lost their feathers on the backs of them I first thought it could be to many roosters and I now only have 1 Roo and 4 hens. Just recently it now looks like the rooster is losing his also is their a disease that may cause this? Please help Lost In Va

Too many roos will definitely cause this. They might be picking and eating each others' feathers at this point. Feather picking can be due to too little space or too little protein. They could also have mites or lice. See here:
