loosing feathers

1 of 4 hens loosing feather on there lower back and rear never had rooster
just hot 95 to 100 this week

Sounds like moulting to me, or perhaps feather picking.

She may be molting or the other chickens are pecking her. I have a hen who lost her feathers in the same place. I bought her a saddle and within a month all the feathers were back.
