So sorry for your loss, and your little cochin being ill as well.
I know for myself I have been advised by a "national chain" (but local store) some things that just did not seem right to me. I use the internet & I am soooo glad I found this site, so when "professionals" advise me....I can always get advice from the dedicated people here who are actually raising chickens!
